User Evaluation combines session behavior, network and device-reuse signals, and transcript-pattern review to identify interviews that warrant a quality review. When a completed interview is marked flagged, the study owner may request one replacement participant for that session at no additional interview-credit cost; eligible pool studies request this replacement automatically by default. The guarantee provides a replacement, not a cash refund, and does not promise that automated signals alone prove misconduct. Replacement requests are limited per account to prevent abuse, with unusual or high-volume cases reviewed by support. Participant rewards for completed work are handled separately and are not taken back through this guarantee.
